Beauty Mouse Perth

Does your skin look like cottage cheese?

This mouse devours cottage cheese!

The Beauty Mouse is a unique instrument with several advantages: it stimulates the skin, improves micro-circulation and enhances the effect of active substances in the deeper layers of the skin.

Listed as a medical device on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), the Beauty Mouse is designed for use on the body. Some body parts, such as the thighs, have a relatively large surface area, so the Beauty Mouse® includes three Dermaroller® heads with a total of 480 micro-needles. The rollers are arranged such that the Beauty Mouse has a rolling width of 50 mm (or 2 inches). This reduces treatment time by almost two-thirds compared with the normal facial Dermaroller®.

It is mandatory that those wishing to treat their cellulite both understand and accept that they must support the efforts of their skin-care specialist with a disciplined dietary regime. The formula for visible success is BEAUTY MOUSE + EXERCISE + NUTRITION CONTROL.

Transdermal delivery

The Dermaroller® Beauty Mouse enhances the penetration of any anti-cellulite skin-care formulation by a factor of 200, for significantly greater product delivery. This dramatically improves the results of any anti-cellulite regime.

About cellulite

Cellulite is a physiological problem experienced by around 80% of women. The structure of their skin’s connective tissue and their body’s response to hormones are both contributing factors.

In women, the collagen fibres (responsible for tissue support) in the sub-dermal tissue of the skin are arranged in parallel, whereas men’s collagen fibres are arranged in a net-like structure. In women, too, the hormone oestrogen increases the elasticity of the collagen fibres. Although in general the number of fat storage cells (lypocytes) in males and females does not vary, a person’s nutritional habits can lead to an increase in the volume of the lypocytes themselves.

In a woman, enlarged lypocytes are able to squeeze through her more elastic, parallel collagen fibres to become visible on the surface of the skin. This leads to the ripple-like appearance of cellulite – so-called ‘orange-peel skin’. Thus, the elevations in orange-peel skin are nothing more than enlarged fat cells that cannot be restrained by the connective tissue in the sub-dermal layers. Once cellulite is established, other metabolic issues exacerbate the problem. For example, the enlarged lypocytes obstruct the drainage of lymph and blood, and water is compressed into the surrounding tissue.
